I don’t think this is true. A superintelligence doesn’t earn that label merely by using resources more efficiently than us. Strong AI also entails the ability to understand how others think, and dominating through whatever means of persuasion it deems most effective. I don’t know what that would look like necessarily, but I imagine it would involve other forms of strategy beyond what you’ve mentioned. In other words, a superintelligence, by definition, will think of things that we haven’t thought of.
